Keliber is owned by Finnish investment companies and private investors as well as by Sibanye Stillwater Limited, a leading international precious metals mining company, and by Nordic Mining ASA, a Norwegian mining industry investment company.

The total number of the Company’s shares is 2,349,393. Each share constitutes one vote in the general meeting. The registration of the subscriptions for the September 2021 share issue is in progress.
